Specialist Mortgage Clinic Opens in Elmbridge

Facing the prospect of repossession can be frightening but losing your home is not the inevitable outcome.  However it is essential to get advice immediately, no matter what stage you are at.

Recently a Mortgage Clinic has been launched in Elmbridge to help residents who are having difficulty paying their mortgage or think they may have difficulties in the near future.  Once a week a specialist adviser in mortgage and possession case work will see clients at the Esher Citizens Advice Bureau. 

Anyone in Elmbridge who is worried should initially approach one of the two Elmbridge Citizens Advice Bureaux – in Walton or Esher, or the Housing Options team at Elmbridge Borough Council, or Kingston County Court who can make referrals to the clinic if appropriate.
